Miss Deer (JP: Mireille Pearson Antelope) is a Maple Town School teacher who works with the principal Dr. William Goat. She teaches Patty Rabbit's class. She is also the wife of David Deer and the granddaughter of Grandma Deer (a one-time character from "Teacher, Please Don't Go!"). She was voiced by Chiyoko Kawashima in the Japanese version and Edie Mirman in the English dub.

Personality

She is a kind-hearted, caring teacher who always tries hard to solve problems she and her students face. In "The Stolen Necklace", for example, she solved a conflict against Wilde Wolf's theft of Fanny Fox's necklace at Maple Town School by consulting Barney Bulldog. She is also very protective of her students and independent. As a child, she often used to be very sick, according to Grandma Deer, but then became one of the healthiest in Maple Town as an adult.
